Walpack Inn Lobster Bake

Every Friday at 7pm, Memorial Day - Labor Day 2008

Every Friday evening at 7pm we will hold a New England Style Lobster Bake on the back Lawn of the Inn. The Clams, Lobsters, Corn and Potatoes are steamed over a hard wood fire in our custom made lobster steamer on a bed of fresh seaweed which imparts wonderful flavor.

The bake will include:
New England Clam Chowder
Our Famous Brown Bread and Salad Bar
Steamed Littleneck Clams
Maine Lobster
Corn on the Cob
Baby Red Potatoes
¼ Char-Broiled Chicken
Wild Maine Blueberry Cobbler, Coffee or Tea

$38.00 per person (tax and tip not included.)
